Curly Cat is a merino bouclé yarn—super-soft merino wrapped around a nylon core. 80% Superwash Merino / 20% Nylon (100 grams - 600 meters).
The characteristic loops of the bouclé construction make the most of the buttery-soft texture that makes merino so popular, while the nylon core adds extra strength.

This yarn is wonderfully versatile and suitable for a wide range of projects. It knits up beautifully on its own using various needle sizes, working well as anything from a light DK to a chunky-weight yarn.

Combine it with a fine yarn (fingering/sock weight) or a DK yarn to add substance, extra warmth, and texture to sweaters, scarves, and cowls. It is perfect for adding beautiful texture to your projects.

Suggested Needle/Hook Sizes and Gauge:
Needle Size: 3 – 6 mm (US 2.5 – 10)
Gauge (stockinette stitch): 18–25 stitches over 10 cm / 4 inches

Washing instructions: Hand wash at 30 degrees Celsius with wool detergent, do not wring, and let it dry flat.
Because the yarns are hand-dyed, dark shades may bleed, so washing separately is recommended.

The yarns are hand-dyed using acid dye and may vary in color; even within the same batch, colors can vary.
