Sock Yarn

Best is to use yarn with Polyamide or Nylon for the durability of the socks.
Most of the time it is a blend of wool like BFL, merono or plain wool with Nylon, Polyamide or nowadays also bamboo or tencel.
It is of course also possible to use sock yarn for shawls, hats or sweaters.

Recommended needle size: 2.25 mm – 3.0 mm / US 1½ - 4 (up tot 5 mm/US 8 for lace patterns)
